MADE TO ORDER TIMESCALES

Jewellery is made to order in the size and gold of your choice - please allow 6-8 weeks for pieces to be made, hallmarked and posted to you. There may be slight differences to the images shown due to the handmade nature of the work.

Custom order books are currently closed, but please do get in touch if you would like an adjustment made to one of the pieces shown in the shop.

hallmarking

All pieces are hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office with the standard markings which assure you what the metal is and when it was made, along with Holly’s unique maker’s mark.

Shipping

Pieces posted to addresses in the UK are sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery - fully insured and tracked & signed for service. You'll receive a 'shipped' email along with a tracking number, so you can check up on your parcel's progress if you wish.

Please get in touch for a shipping and timescales quote if you would like a piece delivered outwith the UK, as carrier will depend on value. Any customs charges incurred are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Hopefully you will love your new piece of jewellery. If however something is not quite right, you can return the piece within a set amount of time, providing it has not been worn. Please complete the ‘contact’ form within 14 days of receipt for return details. The order must be returned within a further 14 days, and a refund will be arranged after the returned piece is received. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable, but please do email in the first instance if anything is wrong. Any return postage costs are the customer's own, and postage costs are not refundable.

Cleaning your jewellery

The care with which you treat your jewellery will greatly affect the finish and length of time it will last. Store carefully and avoid wearing pieces while using harsh chemicals, spraying perfume or washing the dishes; avoid scrapes and knocks and clean carefully.

Metal wears over time. To keep your pieces looking lovely and new, clean them regularly. Gently clean each piece with a soft toothbrush using hot water and a drop of detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
